I wish I had somebody who was willing to binge-watch
that stuff with me!
So I just bought the DVDs of the Scottish TV series of
_The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie_, with Geraldine McEwan
(which ended abruptly after a mere 7 episodes, alas).
Watching the previews of the British shows available from
Acorn Media, it occurred to me (not for the first time)
that I could spend the rest of my life as a
Masterpiece Theater queen.
My Acorn dvds are by now a mighty oak sprawling across the living room wall...
