He also wrote a short story titled "It's a Good Life" (1953), which was adapted by Rod Serling into that memorable _Twilight Zone_ episode (1959) starring Billy Mumy. Bixby is also credited with the original story that was developed into the campy 60's SF movie _Fantastic Voyage_.
