Perhaps they want a government where all the civil servant jobs are staffed by celebrities.
Civil servants should be celebrated.
I prefer the term "de facto state." As for the de facto state, it has crossed their mind that there may be two of them. Perhaps the CIA favors the Democrats, while the FBI favors the Republicans. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
