More Signs of the Singularity!

Transhumanists will probably see this crappy hybrid of Resusci Annie and Disney's many-decades-old animatronic Lincoln as an exciting quantum leap forward toward uploading their "meatsacks" into immortal robot bodies, but that doesn't mean the rest of us can't laugh at this horrendous pile-up of the usual futurological FAIL.

Definitely my favorite moment:
Friendship is when we team together to accomplish something important, like building a better future or conspiring to take over the planet.

Transhumanist-programmed animatronic puppet heads are not our friends, people. Never say I haven't offered you good advice here on Amor Mundi. That one might save your life one sticky beer-goggled night in some seedy skinjob bar on the Strip... Not alive. Not intelligent. And Not. Our. Friends.

. . .wasn't cheap. Think about it. And apparently
there's somebody spending time writing and maintaining
software for it, too.
