Great Biden Speech Yesterday

Well, at least nobody can say that the contrast being offered American voters isn't pretty damned clear this time around.

PS: Or, maybe I spoke too soon. Apparently, Reuters Washington correspondent Jon Decker's own takehome insight from this speech was that Biden does not "help[] his case when he's making the argument on economic issues wearing French cuffs and dressed to the nines. I think that he's really got to connect with these voters." French cuffs. Funny, it seems to me that the voters listening to Biden's speech are having no trouble at all "connecting" with his message. But, thanks, Mr. Decker, you are a real credit to your profession. Perhaps Senator Biden will be expected to deliver his next speech on economic questions wearing a burlap sack so that Mr. Decker is not forced to experience the jarring disconnect of hearing an articulate discussion of populist economics from somebody wearing the more expected Vice-Presidential attire of a suit and tie. I do strongly recommend that you all listen to Biden's speech yourselves and decide whether you agree that Mr. Decker has chiseled his way through to what really matters to American voters here.
